That's the thing the profile doesn't state "Possible" but rather "Formerly" which is completely different from possible since one denotes they may have this ability while the other denotes they did have that ability but either lost it or can't access it anymore.

Multi Cont is just one of those tiers that have massive disparities between the strongest of it and the weakest.

No because she still doesn't have a way to get passed Tier's Durability and honestly she would just be pasted by Tier Reiatsu given the Massive AP difference between the two.
