So whenever I see a battle pit between these two, it always comes down to their mind-hax, So I thought it would be fun to match them up.

luke doesn't have the 1000s years experience and knowledge and mental fortitude that emps has.

the victory is to the emperor luke has done some incredible things but many of it is just average stuff in 40k verse.

remeber there is still the chance that emps is possibly far higher than multi solar system and most likely galactic.depending on how strong the void dragon he faced was.

it would make more sense if he is galactic.

but sadly their is barely any evidence to support that.

the strongest I can think of is beating abeloth, obtaining oneness with the force, and manipulating a blackhole. thats either solar system or multi solar system... that doesnt seem like galaxy level feats.

when he obtained Oneness it was stated that the supermassive black hole at the center of the galaxy wouldnt be enough to move him

Abeloth herself has 3-C feats

He's also stronger than the World Razer which had the power to shatter the galaxy
