Battle of the “Fearless” Heroes (Puss in Boots vs. Mr. Incredible) (7-0-0, GRACE)

Saying Mr.Incredible is a brute force guy is a huge misunderstanding of his M.O.

Throughout the entire movie The Incredibles; Bob always go for a tactical approach. His fights against the Omnidroid are a proof of that, where he tries to throw it into the lava, make it self-destruct and re-use the self destruct idea by the end of the movie.
Do note that this same Omnidroid killed several professional heroes with very varied powerset and gathered data from each fight.
He also was shown to put the powers of others heroes to good use whenever he has to work with one.

He is also incredibly precise, as seen with how he could catch someone falling from a building and land in it without too much damage and how he managed to aim with a rotating arm rocket.
His supersenses and ability to sense danger could be said to be a greater asset than his brute strength.

For these reasons, I do not think that the Puss in Boots outskills Mister Incredible, who is far from being a meathead.

Bob actually is just that fast for his reactions, not his combat speed, which is actually quite slow (Superhuman speed)
Even if it's just for reactions, he can still blitz with that. And also, that Superhuman speed is his travel speed

No, he can't. Reaction is only the speed at which you will be able to start an action, not the speed at which you will attack or anything. This means that Bob could easily move according to Puss's attacks, but would never be able to truly hit him, because he doesn't have enough speed

I mean Puss should be flat out Subsonic anyway, seeing as he, in one of the scans given for his reactions, swatted an arrow out of the air with his sword.
