I think the LEGO Incredibles stuff is not applicable for canon profiles, but that newspaper article is good evidence that Hypershock's AP is physical strength. (Maybe I'm just unobservant, but I never realized until right now that the picture on that newspaper depicts Hypershock accidentally damaging a building while carrying a bus)

Also, Gamma Jack's flight originates from the LEGO game, so he shouldn't have Flight listed in his abilities. He should, however, have abilities like Durability Negation and Disease Manipulation (gamma radiation can literally phase through skin and damage internal organs, not to mention it is highly cancerous and damages your DNA)

(grins knowing what this could mean to Homer, with potential superiority)

Whatever with Omnidroid's earlier discussed burn marks.

I suppose it's fair, but at the same time i'm fairly certain that the game was done with collaboration with Pixar.

It's not 100% reliable, but at the same time it shouldn't take too much assumption over the original material so i suppose as supportive material should be good.

Gentlemen, i assure you that each and every one of you here owes me a Shawarma to me personally.

What is the consensus for how Universal Man will be tiered? Because his NSA profile is actually pretty vague and could mean a number of different things.

i'd say he should be rated with multi continental rating (if the calc was accepted), but only in the black hole like state, we are assuming that the guy was ambushed because he was depressed so i don't think there should be a problem to give that rating to only him specifically

Universal Man was calc'd at only Multi-Continental? Seems oddly low, what assumptions did the calc make? If we take Universal Man's NSA profile at face value, then he could make himself nearly 90 times heavier than Earth itself (a black hole with an event horizon the size of an average man would be around that massive, and the profile states he can come near that level).

Honestly, I'm convinced that whoever wrote Universal Man's NSA profile just wanted to write something cool-sounding, and had no idea how powerful they were making him or how much he would break the powerscale.

Which seems stupid to me but i won't discuss this

Like, to be exact, maybe he doesn't scale in things like AP or something, since his strength stat is lower than his invulnerability stat (Universal Man), which means that his powers don't scale in AP

i mean, 6-A mr incredible is somewhat consistent with the earthshaking feat of that one comic.

But hey maybe another time
The feat of shaking the entire planet Earth comes from a videogame (Rise of the Underminer). The non-lego games are their own separate continuity, too.

I actually made a sandbox profile of Game Continuity!Mr. Incredible a while ago.

Game continuity Frozone would be Tier 6/5 too btw. He is a main playable character and fights alongside Mr. Incredible in the second game.
Game continuity Omnidroid will also get those tiers, for defeating Mr. Incredible when even the Magnomizer's planet-range blasts couldn't.

The game continuity versions of everybody else (Dash, Violet, Elastigirl) will probably scale off their own feats since IIRC none of them actually fights the Omnidroid head-on in the game.

Alright, now that I'm more familiarized with Lego Incredibles, I made two sandbox profiles as examples of what the Lego Incredibles pages would look like.
Gamma Jack (Lego)
Universal Man (Lego)
Both are incomplete (still need to calc the AP of that universe's version of the Omnidroid), but I think this is a good start.

My friend That Moron2 made some calcs for LEGO Incredibles a while ago:
