Does Regulus have any win conditions at all, when taking Ban's immortality into account?
Snatch doesn't require physical contact so it might work on Regulus.
for all I know Ban's immortality is a very strong regenaration, maybe Regulus could destroy everything of him so that he can no longer regenerate from something.

This is probably an easy win for Regulus. As he is cut from the outside influence Ban’s steal wouldn't really work on him and he lacks the ability to harm him in any other way. On the other hand regulus would be unable to permanently kill Ban but he would be able to get rid of him for good by throwing him into the space or sun and essentially trapping him in a never ending cycle of agony.

I will change the win conditions to make the other not able to fight back

isn't accasuality imumity to timetravel or something?
Type 1: Time Paradox Immunity: Characters with this type of Acausality are rendered immune to changes in the past and standard temporal paradoxes, but remain just as vulnerable in the present and can be affected by normal Causality Manipulation and similar abilities.

Well, he is cut off from time so I thought he would have it. Not sure though.
