She can shoot lightning at Dabi and he only has 8-B durability. Also she can bend some of his attacks away from her, has more skill and can take advantage of how Dabi can't fight in extremely prolonged battles

Dabi also has the advantage of Attack Potency and Azula being Wall level physically, so I think this is a fair match. Both characters can basically one shot each other

Azula's going to be on the defensive for most of this fight. She does have lightning, but that requires her to charge for a few seconds, during which she'd be wide open.

It takes about 3 seconds. Plus there's the starting distance along with the fact that she might be skilled enough to get to a distance far enough for her to charge her lightning and fire it at him

Also he out ranges and one shots, she can’t block fire attacks as strong as his and needs to get closer (inside his range) to do anything.

Dabi can resist the heat of his own flames, albeit to a lesser degree compared to Endeavor and Shoto, plus Phosphor helps with that even more

Wtf; that speed upgrade for Dabi. Animu final arcs sure do go all out.

Dabi's AP and Durability just got hella buffed up so now he no-sells everything Azula throws at him and nukes her to oblivion with his insane range thanks to Phosphor and his Self-Destruct if he can't beat her normally for whatever reason.
