I'll go with Altair because via more, better haxs. Altairs has plot manipulation while Eru doesn't. Idk if Eru's EE can put Altair down because from the Anime, as long as her concept exist, she will never die. Altair also has EE so that can be used on Eru.

Eru has precog and higher dimensional existence. Sure Altair may higher D manip him, but Eru also has that so Eru can easily block these attacks and he has precog.

However, since Altair has 2-B immortality and type 4 acasual, Eru can't hurt her.

In the end, it all ends in a stalemate or things go either way

Welp, we are either going to need to find if Eru can somehow bypass her immortality through higher dimension manipulation or if Altair herself can affect him somehow. Anyways, i'll take Blue as voting incon for now them.

According to oblivion, she has 2-B immortality and Eru can't kill her with her hax.

Doesn't say on her page that she has higher dimensional manip and Eru has precog so he would know she would do that. Eru also has higher dimensional manip and spatial manip so he can revert the effects of Altair. But he can't kill her and she can't kill him
