Battle for The true title of God of Desruction!!!

We have little evidence for the potental of cell. Could he gain power from training at the rate fo frezia? Even if he did a few weeks wouldn't be enough,
 
I'm going to assume this is meant to be GT Cell. Beerus is 6 2-C and has EE via Hakai, which he should be able to turn into an AoE effect via Hakai aura. The only thing Cell has is speed but he has no wincons with that from what I can tell. In the worst case scenario Beerus can just erase the macrocosm along with Cell, which he obviously wouldn't be able to dodge.

Not seeing why this wouldn't be a stomp for Beerus.
 
It would be hilariously a stomp for GT Cell since if speed was unequalized then Cell blitzes Beerus.

Anyway, matches like that can't happen. There is no profile or stats for Cell training since it would be too much speculation and not official canon, and Beerus and other gods scale to 6U anyway. Cell could just train all his life but he'll only be 3U in the end.

This should be in fun and games.
 
Considering the profile links canon Cell, I don't see how he can match Beerus in a reasonable amount of time

Cell's potential is unknown, it might be higher or lower than Frieza's, but it took Frieza 10 years to reach his Black Form, and even that didn't surpass Beerus

So even with years of prep and knowledge, I don't see Cell standing a chance

Beerus just escapes like Goku did in GT or Hakais him due to an insane AP advantage over GT Cell

Cell's only advantage is speed but he lacks the power to keep Beerus absorbed within him so Beerus escapes and destroys him. Beerus can also activate his hakai aura to erase Cell if he comes too close

Goku just forced himself out because Cell was too weak to keep him in. He was fully absorbed when he got in

That's not a resistance feat since Goku was absorbed and Cell even got powered up from it, meaning the absorption worked until Goku forced himself out of Cell

But regardless it's a mismatch. Either Cell blitzes and absorbs if Beerus really can't escape it, or Beerus escapes and hakais Cell

Why? The absorption worked. It's not like with Vegito inside of Buu where he wasn't absorbed because of the barrier so Buu wasn't powered up by Vegito

It's exactly the same when Cell absorbed people and got more powerful after absorbing them. Cell even says that it worked and now he has Goku's power. If Goku really had a resistence Cell wouldn't have gotten power from him cause the absorption would fail. It succeeded, but Goku just escaped afterwards

Cell shouldn't be able to harm Beerus when Beerus is 6 2-C and Cell should be what? 3 2-C? Infinite speed with zero options is pretty pointless. And like I said Beerus can just Hakai the entire macrocosm. Cell has no EE resistance.
 
Feel like this is a stomp no matter what. Right now Cell kinda just blitzes since OP hasn't equalized speed.

If Op does Equalize Speed then Beerus just starts with Hakai, ending the fight immediately.

Nothing indicates this is toai cell- the broken link is dragon ball cell or the cannon one, this is just about of cell had potental with prep to power up like freiza did

this should go to fun and games then, since I don't think we can speculate what if fights since Cell is only 4-B and we can't speculate power ups on official fights.
 
Cell has time to prepare until he feels he is ready to face Beerus, since he has Freeza's potential, couldn't he reach the level that Freeza is currently at? Or unlock the golden transformation. This added to the Saiyan DNA and the abilities/potential of all the Z warriors.

Does Cell knowing about Beerus' weakness to Earth food affect the fight at all? Or something like that, since he has prior knowledge and time to prepare something.
 
If canonically Freeza, who Cell has all the abilities and the like, can reach absurd levels of strength through training, wouldn't it be correct to assume that Cell can do the same? 🤔

Again, please put this in fun and games. The only 2-C Cell is Toei Anime GT Cell and he gets curbstomped as well.

If you're talking logical routes for Cell to take with canonical info then:
  • Cell won't learn God Ki (Can't do the ritual without pure-hearted participants, no training under Whis or Beerus)
  • No ability to learn Golden/Black in any continuity
  • No indication he can do something like Great Ape or similar
  • Never shown to derive power from rage like Gohan so nothing like Beast
  • Elder Kai won't do the ritual to unleash his potential
  • Lacks the mentality for Ultra Instinct
  • No God Ki for Ultra Ego
He could train in the HTC for a decade like Freeza but without the ability to use Golden or Black his power should only be like Base Freeza. A feasible route is him using the Earth Dragon Balls to unlock an Awakened/Ultimate state like Piccolo which would feasibly bring him to the level of Golden Freeza or higher. Assuming this is him somehow resurrecting after SH.

I think the next step after that to push him even further is him figuring out and developing the Kaio-Ken. Especially since his body is regenerative and has Freeza's survivability he could push it higher and longer. Awakened Cell with a mastery over Kaio-Ken and 10 years in the HTC could feasibly be at the level of UI Goku, UE Vegeta, Gohan Beast, CSS Broly, etc. Possibly Black Freeza-level.

Technique-wise he knows Instant Transmission so he should be capable of learning other abilities like Healing and Spirit Fission. Goku and Vegeta both learned Hakai and Freeza could control Destruction energy in the anime so Cell could probably figure out Hakai, just as Granolah and Gas can use Hakai despite apparently lacking God Ki.

Ultimate Cell. Piccolo only has Orange because Shenron gave him a 'bonus'. Cell wouldn't get the same deal. The reason I'm referring to it as 'Awakened Cell' is because Piccolo's version is called 'Power Awakening' in all the games.
 
Yeah it is a massive stretch to say that Cell can achieve 2-C levels of power just because he has Frieza's potential, it wasn't only potential that made Frieza achieve 2-C in the first place, and even if Cell could reach 2-C to the same level Frieza did, he would nowhere be strong as Beerus

tbh it's a big criticism I have with Cell what-ifs. A lot of them are basically just piggybacking off Freeza's character development and training.
