Yeah, the only way he'd even pose a potential threat to her is with his death...

Yeah, 682 is only Low 2-C (a theoretical Low 2-C at that) via the potential of its death destroying the universe it's in. It doesn't actually have anything on-par with any character/being above 4-B/3-C at max, not unless we're talking about the Leviathan Of The Fourth Bride, which would turn this into a stomp in the other direction if it were included in place of the reptile.
