Being at the center of a storm doesn't mean that you can tank the amount of energy that caused it. If that was the case, an ordinary plane would be 7-C.

Just for the record, this is one of the few Stephen King profiles I haven't touched more than once or twice (to fix some justifications for his powers), so I don't know why that's there.

I'm not even sure André has any durability feats. The townspeople certainly never managed to land any attacks on him, from what I can remember.

Probably.

He's implied to be Randall Flagg (although I'm pretty sure Storm of the Centuryisn't canon to the greater DT multiverse, so we obviously can't scale based on that), so that much would make sense in context. Either way, I don't remember him tanking anything anywhere near Tier 7.

Probably in all honesty. Null far below the weakest God cards can already null anything people like Aliens (Yu-Gi-Oh!) can do. Obelisk and Slifer's Divine Rank of 1 is enough to null that null and all other effects on them. Ra's divine rank of 2 negates everything Obelisk and Slifer do on top of that, and Horakhty is >>>> them
