Battle for strongest 4-B non-smurf: Darth Sidious vs The White Queen

They aren't necessarily the same.

Galaxy level mindhax is mindhaxing everyone in a galaxy, AP doesn't make your mindhax any better.
 
I mean, "Galaxy level mind hax" is literally just 3-C Mindhax. And of course AP doesn't mean stronger mind hax, unless that AP is outright higher dimensional.
 
3-C is attack potency, so 3-C mindhax may as well be the same as 10-B mindhax.

If you mindhax the population of a galaxy, then that's a relevant mindhax feat.
 
Okay, care to explain all the tines that non-force sensitives have interacted eith Palpatine and not been instantly mindhaxed? Like at the end of The Force Unleashed. Or all the times he was speaking in front of the Senate and not auto mindhaxed everyone there?

Also, he said 4-B Palpatine, which would also include pre-Dark Empire Palpatine.
 
Mindhax on galaxy population level is above the Queens resistance.

Though she passively disrupts spiritual powers, so if equalization allows for that he might not get it off properly.

Nonsensically powerful social influencing. Completely non-supernatural.
 
Luke had to train in a bunch of obscure Force abilities, gained a ridiculous level of force mastery and resistance, and had to physically become one with the Force as by the time he faced him in his final confrontation Palpatine had essentially become a wound in the Force like Darth Nihilus but much, much stronger

The White Queen possesses a powerful level of charisma that passively compels people to bow down and worship her when she's around without her actually doing anything. Even summoners, who freely call in and control actual gods and legendary monsters, consider the White Queen the supreme being of their world, with many actually praying to and worshipping her. Only humans like Kyousuke and others who possess incredible wills can stand against her, and even they have to be on their guard constantly so as to not give in to her. As for Materials, Regulation and Divine-class Material utterly refuse to even try to oppose her in battle, with only other Unexplored-classes being able to fight her. Her charisma is not supernatural, it appears to come directly from her beauty and level of power.
Dunno if it work but the profile say that.
