I have an opinion on this, but I want to see what other people have to say.

But, before anyone brings it up, the AP gap is literally non-existent. They both scale to 1.7 ton feats.
 
I think proba manip would make this a no-way for Batman (I mean, Vriska could just make his hiding fail for x reasons), so vote going for Vriska
