One of the most iconic matchups in all of comics and I couldn't find a thread on site using their current comic profiles, so let's fix that.

• SBA: There will be no prep time, standard equipment / arsenal only, both starting 10 meters apart, location: Central Park, time: night​
• Spider-Man (Marvel Comics): 4.45 tons of TNT, higher with Stress Factor & 2,825 m/s & Class M​
• Batman (Post-Flashpoint): 0.37 tons of TNT & 5,518.15 m/s & Class 25​
• Spider-Man's Mark IV suit and Optional Equipment is restricted, Batman's Preparation section, Hellbat suit, and God of Knowledge key is restricted​
• Spider-Man's profile only has a Hypersonic rating but the Marvel verse page has several higher calcs (first, second, third), for the sake of this matchup those will be restricted.​

Spider-Man does have biological weaknesses which Batman's information analysis should be able to deduce. Batman has ways to incapacitate people that don't require AP that Spider-Man doesn't have a listed resistance to, and those Spider-Man does resist it's still debatable (for example some of Batman's forms of dura neg has noted feats of incapacitating or damaging characters way beyond Spider-Man's power bracket, so even if Spider-Man has some resistance to it that's not necessarily going to be enough here).

I wouldn't say nerfed. It just got a more fitting description in the weaknesses section. The Spider-Sense is still quite potent here IMO

I was the one in that thread suggesting that it wasn't the sense itself but his own ability to react to it, so I do know the Spider-Sense is still a good power.
