Batman has the AP advantage however The Rail Tracer has a pretty big advantage since the fight is taking place aboard the Flying Pussy Foot. Bat's should have a difficult time trying to keep up and find wherever Claire runs off to. In terms of durability i think Claire should have the advantage, considering he can fight on par with the likes of Ronny. There's also the fact that Claire wouldn't be against pushing Bat's ass off the train as it's moving so I'll have to vote for Claire here.


Also Ladd vs The Joker would be a good match tbh.
