shouldn't bass be on 5-B along with mega man and Proto man or did he somehow get stronger than proto man who is said to be superior to bass? i'm confused

Well, Mega Man and Proto Man used to be 5-A from a Sunstar feat, but said feat was only calculated at Planet level+. Bass still being 5-A might be an accident.
