Baseline feats

Can someone give me a list of examples of baseline feats or characters who consistently perform baseline feats?

For example, Wall Level feats:

How far does a baseline wall level character punch an average sized human? How far would that be for an elephant sized human, or a Hariyama?

There's too many variables to say what a "baseline feat" is.

There are feats for each tier, obviously, but saying how that translates into punching distance or the like is pretty pointless. You'd need to calc out each one and even then it would still be a bit above or below baseline.

Ok. Then, any feats that seem close to baseline? Or what those would look like? Tryna build a verse with accurate feats here.

Wall level should be able to shatter a wall (not sheetrock) and probably knock someone a dozen feet away or so.

They should also be able to punch small craters into hard materials like concrete or rock.

Ooh, decently strong showings.

Thanks!

Now, a follow up question. I have this mental system of "levels". How fast should a normal, unimpressive Wall Level character be? Supersonic? Transonic? Superhuman? What's a Level 1 RPG character with balanced stats to you, subjectively?

Superhuman feels fine for Wall level people imo. Once you get to transonic most projectile weapon stops working and at supersonic bullet weaponry also begins to fail. That brings up problems for a verse.

Hm. Interesting. So Mach 100 MHS characters are basically the flash to these level 1 characters then. Good. But bad for Balance. Just means my main character has to be a side character or a villain. Or i'll Just have to drop the concept of a main lead and just have characters in general. Hm.
