So after starting another playthrough of Roadkill I realized that Emn didn't actually create a Genie, although he could shapeshift it into a (presumably) more powerful form. He said it himself that it came from the corner of his pocket. He should still be able to have that conceptual erasure via Genie, as it is technically a weapon of his possession.
However the feat of "personifying Coolie's senses and making them attack him" is pretty wanked on my part. This feat takes place towards the end of the game, where Emnn says "your senses betrayed you" and then summons/creates a bunch of creatures shaped like facial features and named after senses.
So naturally we would downgrade BoG Emnn to High 3-A via scaling to the Vermis Worms. Even BoG Emnn states that the world is the palm of his hand. So clearly, he's at the very least far above the regular Neo-Nigerians (yes, that's actually what the citizens are called in this game), who are superior to the Vermis Worms.
Because of this, BoG Emnn should be downgraded to "At least High 3-A, Low 2-C via Genie". Everything he has access to via Genie would be too inefficient to list on his profile, so just say he wields Genie.
