Base Archie Sonic (and Co) Epic Upgrade

Since half a Chaos Emerald is capable of creating a Zone, which a whole Infinite space time, logically, a Chaos Emerald should be capable of creating two Zones, thus qualify for Low Multiverse.

And since the base cast of Archie Sonic scales to Knuckle who's a living Chaos Emerald, the base cast of Archie Sonic should be upgraded to 2-C

That isn't 2-C, that's 2x baseline low 2-C.

Low multiverse level includes the space between the universes.
