I think, Bane takes this. He is way more skilled than Kingpin and 1.46 AP difference is so small, that it doesn't make any influence on the fight.

Bane also has higher ls. Which shouldn't be the case because I don't see why kingpin's ls shouldn't scale to Spidey's.
