Probably, not to mention skull-crushing feats are set to be downgraded to 9-C at some point, however, another feat Kingpin can be scaled to was when he put Daredevil through a thick wooden table. Considering the table was rectangular and broken into large distinguishable pieces, this would put his AP at 31 Kilojoules
