Bane versus Deathstroke versus Red Hood

dose bane have access to venom?
if so he should take it via higher ap and comperable skill to wade
if he doesn't then wade wins via supirior ap to both as well as supirior skill(he can fight batman on even grounds while batman wiped the floor with red hood in most of their fights, and beats bane without his venom pretty regularly) plus better equipment then either two of them
