Bane has a resistance to pain, and that gun is usually 9-C, it wouldn't really help that much, and they aren't that far away from each other, so Bane wouldn't just stand there and let him shoot him.
going by profile its wall level as its not listed as any different APs, just because you resist pain doesn't mean you cant bleed out and die from being shot in the chest a bunch of times.

you never specified how far apart they were, by SBA they're 50 meters apart due to his pistol (a glock pistol has the same range, so it should be comparable)

Look at his profile. its not 9-C. its not given a seperate AP so its assumed that it has the same destructive power as whatever AP is there. Its not 9-C here. its 9-B.
Just because he doesn't have a seperate AP doesn't mean it exactly scales to himself, either way, the person might've forgotten to put a separate tier for that, but still. And H2H combat means that they're fighting in close combat. And Bane is much more experienced, he should be able overwhelm him in that category.

it actually does. if theres nothing for me to go off of what the AP of the gun is its assumed that its the AP shown infront of me. saying 'h2h combat' doesn't tell me anything, are they a meter apart? are they 5 meters apart? how far apart are they? also bane's combat experience doesn't seem that good, it more seems like he overpowered Batman than anything else, rather than beat him being on par with him.
He could've already set an explosive and poured concrete onto it, he has the remote to activate it.
No, it still does not, his AP focused on his physical abilities by his own, that still doesn't prove that the gun scales to his physical AP. And H2H is in complete melee. And you're looking at cinematic choreography, Bane is a trained mercenary from the Leagues of Shadows, so he is more experienced in combat more than PC Principal, considering how he even has Martial Arts Mastery as his main ability. And Bane is much smarter and a much better thinker than PC Principal.

The title already says something about terrorizing a whole school, and do keep in mind that Bane has bombs listed in his standard equipment.
You just assumed that the type of gun he has was a glock. And again, the person might've forgotten to put that part as his seperate AP spot.

I assumed the range of the weapon was comparable to a Glock Pistol, as were not specified what kind of pistol it is, i never said it was one, i said it should have comparable range to one.
From 50 meters away? Bane is baseline subsonic scaling from batman, if you wanted to pull this off you'd have to be going at 360 kilometers per hour which is a mid end subsonic speed. he's not fast enough for that. that also assumes he KNOWS principal has a gun which he wont, so regardless he's not going to make it.
This isn't intended to be a 50 meters battle, it's intended to be in melee. And I had to equalize the speed because Bane would just speedblitz him right off the bat due to his Subsonic combat speed.

I mean, Bane's punches has created a huge gash on concrete pillars, and he has broken Batman's bulletproof mask, and He has broken Batman's back easily. And also, Bane has overwhelmed Batman who has stomped 17 extremely skilled armed people within 21 seconds. And he possesses a resistance to pain. So Bane gets my vote.
making holes in concrete pillars compared to smashing in someone's skull with no effort is a big jump. and having pain tolerance isn't going to help when your arms a broken. he might not feel it, but its definitely gonna **** him up.
