Know very little about Dead Master, but her profile is abysmal. One could look at this logically, and be able to tell you if more effort was put in the profiles, she would easily win. For starters, to break out of her chains (Which I presume are metal unless stated otherwise) would require Class M levels of strength (via simple math). Something Bane would be unable to escape from if restrained. It's weird that Black Rock Shooter who she scales to only has Superhuman for breaking out of metal chains. Makes zero sense. Depending on how big those metal skulls are (and how fast she moves them), that could easily also be Class 5-25 force she exerts with telekinesis.

Not really gonna vote, I just wanted to point out the profile being used is kind of in poor condition (Lacking sources, full of dead links, filler statistics, etc.), so making a match-up with it feels kinda non-indicative of the actual result. But can't be helped.
