albeit I strongly believe in Negación being SoL—through like 14 different statements throughout the manga/character books/anime guidebook/novels—and having some properties of real light; it'd be more reasonable to have a better backbone for your argument (be it through more scans or justifying some counter-arguments such as "spiritual light" not being equal to "photonic light" and allat)

somewhat around 0.05, perhaps we can use Shuhei as a Base Lieutenant standard therefore Byakuya's Senbonzakura petals being "too fast to see" for the likes of Renji give us a base speed which gets multiplied twofold against Ichigo yadayada

I already have you guys the method for this. Mayuri perception blitzed Uryu who can perceive movement in 1/1,300,000 seconds.

It's the most clear cut, no nonsense way to get speed for early Bleach.

Arc brought up an interesting idea some time ago. He speculated that the "turbulent Reiatsu" that permeates the Garganta is likely from the Soul King (and, subsequently, from Yhwach after he absorbs him), because of the fact that "Black", or more primarily "Chaos" that Black represents and is explicitly the power of the Soul King, resides throughout the entire Garganta. It explains why it's turbulent to begin with; it's coloring; and its nature as a boundary world that holds the cosmology together, which is what the Soul King's presence does. A lot of circumstantial evidence already exists--I believe it has a pretty strong likelihood of being true. I wouldn't be surprised if this is either explicitly confirmed or heavily indicated, circumstantially, by future evidence.

Yea theirs a lot of implications with the power of black. We see ichibei even use black from across time and outer space. The power of black also governs all things and phenomena. Seems like everything about adneyous has some reality governing properties. Even just nails can have RW

It's the most clear cut, no nonsense way to get speed for early Bleach.

That has already been discussed and now downgraded to like HS perception speed sadly. Was probably the best sub rel speed scaling by far for early SS-HM arc characters.
