Round 1 goes to Cinder Fall Low-Mid diff, for having more abilites and probably more experience

Round 2 goes to Balloon Fighter Mid-High diff because he's faster but will have to work hard since he can only fight via CQC

I'm not familiar with either characters, just going by profiles here.
