I made this before but it died. Now I'm making it again and it's also more fair.
Plot: Viper and Bakugou are walking on a sidewalk and bump into each other. Bakugou just so happened to be wearing his hero costume don't question it. Viper says Bakugou should apologize, and Bakugou refuses. Then Viper also gets angry and transforms with his Glaive. Then Bakugou gets angry.
Rules: Speed Equalized. Both are angry at one another, but not bloodlusted. Victory by any means. Bakugou is from the Rise of the Villains saga.
