AP has nothing to do with this? Start Platinum can target weak spots during his time stop, or alternatively he can just stop Baki heart via phasing. Baki still has no wins cons, he can't react to nor counter time stop, he can't interact or even sense Star Platinum. Baki's LS is also getting downgraded below Class M, making his options a lot less limited.
