This should be a pretty simple thread. Baki has telepathy resistance for Gaia being "unable to read his movements" due to acting without thinking, but that's wrong.

The simple reason being that Gaia still very plainly can see Baki's moves, in the scan used to justify that he can't read Baki's moves.
"I can read it all! How can this be happening? I'm able to read all his incoming attacks!"

And, immediately after he clarifies that he still can read Baki's moves, he then proceeds to successfully read Baki's moves. He then continues to read Baki's moves.

So yeah, evidently Gaia can read Baki's moves, he just got surprised and couldn't respond. Resistance is bad, so away it goes, plz.

Ok, I kind of wanna clarify a few things here.
The simple reason being that Gaia still very plainly can see Baki's moves, in the scan used to justify that he can't read Baki's moves.
By that moment specifically Baki hadn't fully showcased his resistance through instinctive action. Gaia is saying that in a sense like "I should be capable of reading his mind, so how is it that he is hitting me?" In this clip we see Gaia directly stating that Baki was resisting his reading through instinctive action, if my explanation wasn't enough.
And, immediately after he clarifies that he still can read Baki's moves, he then proceeds to successfully read Baki's moves.
Right before that panel, we are given this explanation, where Gaia explains the reason he could read Baki was because his mind took control yet again, explanation which is also present in the anime clip sent before. So it's not that he doesn't have a resistance, it's just that his resistance wasn't active at that moment.

So yeah, Baki should keep his resistance to telepathy.
