Deku starts in 45% 7-C can go 100% 7-B


Speed is equal, but Baki can benefit from speed boosts because he has the higher unequal speed.

Both in character, so no killing, win by incap.
 
Should I change it to yujiro since it’s in character for him to prolong fights?
 
The point is that deku will become immune to all of yujiro’s attacks when he becomes 100%. Unless the bend whip can negate a megaton difference in AP.
