Well ... Bad Wolf is an entity in Doctor Who with manipulation of reality and spacetime. Basically it's Rose Tyler after absorbing the Time Vortex.

I honestly think Phoenix would win (Even though I favor Doctor Who - Look at my username) because when they are at full power, They are most likely on parr with each other, but the Bad Wolf Entity's power eventually overcomes the user, resulting in death. Phoenix just waits Bad Wolf out.
