Oooooooh boi. No idea how this is going to go but here we gosh darn doodly go. Both combatants have a days worth of prep time, but they both must meet in a giant stadium. Both must reveal their full arsenal to the other to allow for no surprises (so I guess prior knowledge). Speed is equalized. Who wins? Ask CH is allowed all weapons up to the limit of 8-C

I mean, CH doesnt even need to target Ikki. He throws the grenade below his feet so the smoke will eventually get to Ikki, and CH has the right equipments to survive in the poison

I wasnt really saying that he is gonna throw the grenade from 4km afar. What Im saying is: Even if they are close enough, CH throws a grenade below his feet so the smoke can kinda protect CH and affect Ikki, since he doesnt resists

Even if they start 4 km apart, Ikki being Hypersonic+ (lets equalize it up) allows him to closethe distance quickly)
