I was rewatching the anime Ghost Stories. One of its Ghosts is called Babasare, who has listed Reality Warping as one of her powers, the problem is that she doesn't have Reality Warping abilities, but Voice Mimicry.
However, she does have Tier 9-C feats by shattering glass with ease. She also can turn off light sources.
The reference is Ghost Stories, 6th Episode (The Demon Hand That Tears Through Doors - Night of Tragedy). Just in case someone wants to watch the episode.
So, I propose to remove RW from Babasare and replace it with Sound Manipulation, plus give her a 9-C rating.
I also propose the upgrade of another Ghost called Da Vinci can easily push teenagers and subdue them. So my second proposal is to give him Tier 10-B.
