How good though? Plus since Sonic is bloodlusted, he can just turn him into blue cubes/rings, seal him via magic hands, VV and Indigo Asteroid, etc.

Darkspine Sonic (not matter what the match conditions are) is bloodlusted due to being powered by 3 World Rings holding negative emotions like Rage, Hatred, and Sadness

That's just being angry, completely different. In character, Darkspine Sonic only really flies close to the enemy and starts hitting them, as well as using Time Break and Speed Break, with the Reality Warping only being used to recreate the Arabian Nights reality after the battle was already finished.

So Kratos isn't really bloodlusted. Only angry is that it?

Yes. Kratos starts by hitting things with his blades, and moves on to other weapons if that doesn't work, and he still wants to survive the battle so he can get his revenge against the Gods afterwards, a bloodlusted character doesn't have a starting move, they just do whatever is required to achieve victory, regardless of what it is, and doesn't care about dying as long as it leads to victory.
