I feel like saying x character has x years of experience but it weighs y years because they’re a prodigy and did a thing in c time when it should’ve taken b time is uhhhh, a lot of mental gymnastics

I think we need to make a revision on the verse first before we can continue this matchup.

One thing we desperately need is a scaling chain for the verse, so we can make it easier to determine who's stronger.
I’ll get the CRT made, but haven’t we already got a scaling chain? In verse tiers each with their own AP values

We need to make a new one now, as many of the feats we had in our scaling chain before we can't use because of the verse getting downgraded (though, in this case, it's an upgrade).

So we gotta find some supporting feats that we can scale to High, Mid, and Low tiers to, as they don't scale to 939.3 KJ.

Could just keep on adding <, I’ll argue for the table feats to come back if need be

i really disagree in this one

because it would really be if i was trying to get her to be a better wwe fighter, but i really got that thing of her being a huge prodigy as a gag (really not hard to think so in the anime), but if it counts in her profile then it's not invalid to state she's got better prep

oh my GOD I’M SUCH AN IDIOT SORRY

I typed the wrong stuff into the calculator converting the tons of tnt to kilojoules, the feats 165.07520851831998243 kilojoules 😭

still over 10x baseline but not nearly as impressive as I hyped it up as I’m so sorry

It's ok mate, as they say in my country
"happens in the best family" (adapted) :>

The tables in WWE are also "too thin" in order to be considered 9-B, so they'd be significantly less weaker to break than a regular table.

Haven’t we had this argument before? The tables are very clearly represented as normal ones, they can’t actually use the tables that would produce 9-B results because it would, y’know, kill the actors. They are though very clearly portrayed as such

This isn't the issue with the calcs. The wall calc assumed that the entire wall was made out of wood, when we can clearly see that it just has occasional wood planks (as many walls do), it also seemingly used an inappropriate method to get the volume affected.

The table calc used a way, way, way higher displacement value than was reasonable, which greatly inflated the results. When the proper displacement value was used, it was 9-C instead.

People aren't assuming that the tables are weak because they had to go through it; in fact, they're assuming it's made out of ordinary wood despite being made out of much hollower stuff. But there are still glaring issues with the methods being used.

But onto the match, a downgrade to 165kj would make this fight a stomp (._.)

Araragi: 1715.44 KJ
Theory: 796.1 KJ

Araragi holds a 2.1x AP advantage.
Wait a sec, why'd you say that was Karen's AP? She has one calc that either puts her at 1,695 KJ, or 98.52 KJ, and the 98.52 KJ one is the accurate one.

She may still be in this if Theory gets downgraded to a similar extent!

Oh shit. We can probably do this then!

Update: The highest calc we have for the verse so far is 191.1 KJ.

Karen's AP is 98.52 KJ, so this match is still perfectly doable (as long as we don't find a calc that causes this match to become an AP stomp).

Austin probably takes this 9 times outta 10 then, better AP/LS would easily make up for sub-par standard tactics.

I can’t remember if I already voted Austin I think it did but the vote count should be reset given the changes and I’m voting Austin FRA

The changes haven't been applied yet.

Btw, I made the scaling chain (though that big AP gap between the Top and High Tiers still bug me).

Btw, the AP gap isn't big.

Theory (if the calcs get approved), would be 165.07 KJ, while Karen would be 98.52 KJ.

That's a ~1.7x AP gap. Pretty negligible.
