Attack Reflection question

Let's say two people fire an energy wave at each other, like this:

User 1 - Wave 1 ---> <--- Wave 2 - User 2

But Wave 2 reflects Wave 1 back to its user, like this:

User 1 <------ Wave 1 & 2 - User 2

Would this qualify for Attack Reflection? Would this be achievable with AP?

Got a visual example of this in action?

Possibly, though the word reflect is used. It's regarding Goku vs Piccolo. When they both launch their attack, Goku's ''reflects'' Piccolo's blast, according to Piccolo. Saw someone post it recently, so I was curious if it would qualify. Don't worry tho I'm not actually trying to add anything to anyone's profile

In other instances like Vegeta vs Goku, the blast simply seems to be overpowered at a certain point.
