Is it possible to merge or remove Akko's keys, because she is only one character in the verse who has this and base on fact that it's only exists for justification of Dragon statistic, possibly would be better do somthing like this: Low 7-B. At lest 8-B with Shiny Arc, possibly far higher or also we can add OVA and Anime keys to other characters, in other case. Also, it's no needed has her previous key, for justification of Dragon feat, because in Little Witch Academia: Chamber of Time they (dragons) present as casual mobs or in minor case as level bosses, and base on the fact that game events happen after episode 7 and before 8, this keys should be merged.
Based on the words of other witches, that all of they were engaged in the study of magic since childhood, because their raised in the families of wizards, it's possible make this for Akko's keys:
