I think Asura has this, seeing as their AP and Speed are similar, it should be a matter of skill and will power, both of which Asura has. Asura will not stop fighting and will fight relentlessly until he has no more arms or any part of his body can fight, and seeing as he has thousands of years of fighting experiance and he has his own long range energy blast that he can fire relentlessly.
