Well,finaly using an Blazblue character now (since i like this franchise,i realize i didn't create any BB match yet),and lets give this girl an love,first opponent is Asura!!

-Vajra Asura is used

-Speed equalized

-Both in character

-Place located in Amegakure (rip XD)

-Range is 10 meter and they start in CQC

-Win via death!!!

Isnt this a terrible matchup? From what I recall from Asura the character was basically immortal and unbeatable. So my question is, are you allowing that Mai's spear can kill immortality (as it is stated in the Variable Heart manga)? With a 100 meter range you are pretty much destroying Mais' chances or using long range attacks... so you have basically set this match up disfavoring the Blazblue character.

I don't know. Like I said, from what I remember Ashura is a character that would stomp pretty much anyone. He is a "Chuck Norris" level type of character. I don't see how a "normal" character such as Mai could ever stand a chance against him. Ashura would be better off facing the black beast when it was it's strongest.

But like I said, it was a long time since I played that game... so could you please tell me how Mai could counter Ashura's abilities and have a fight against him? I mean all he'd had to do is catch her spear once (maybe allow it to stab him in the leg) and then break it. Once that was done Mai would be forced into a close-combat with him which she would never stand a single chance in.

Hmm,i forget that honestly,most of Asura attack are physical right? so Mai can handle it since she's more skilled as fighter than him.
