I actually looked at the calc numbers between the two.

Kratos is 39.4 Pettatons

Asura however....Is 1.2...EXatons.

So Kratos has far more hax then Asura, but Asura one shots with any attack.

Base asura would probably beat kratos due to better stats, combat experience, and for having a better video game (lol). Any other form of asura is a complete and utter STOMP.

I agree with Italian's point about Helios' power the guy is surprisingly powerful. As for the question itself of Kratos V Asura i'd have to concur with the other comments. While Asura seems to hold the AP advantage as of now, Kratos' insane hax is more then enough to allow Kratos to not only hold his own but win.
