I won't deny I have made stomp threads but this is different here's why as we know tiers are kinda like the feat level for each character. Tiers can also change likely if the character has forms and such. Asura and broly's profile has a barrage of Tiers ranging from 6-A to 3-C or something like that and it varies for each FORM though they don't mention it for convenience. SO EVEN IF THE GAP IS MASSIVE IT CAN ALWAYS CHANGE like power levels

As for the tip of their tier level. THAT IS THE REASON I BROKE IT INTO 3 ROUNDS the rounds always goes on par with the form of Asura and broly the main reason I made this thread is because they have forms that can head toe to toe with each other.

Base form asura can tank restrained super saiyan broly

Six armed vajra asura can tank super saiyan broly

Six armed mantra asura can tank legendary super saiyan broly
