So what does HCLW scale to and what‘s his opening move?

HCLW scales to 3e+21 J. His opening is usually melee, but he has an information analysis skill so he might open with something else if he deems it appropriate. Considering Asta negs magic, he would likely stick to melee though.

He has automatic magic deflection so Asta would have to neg that with his magic neg first. After that, Asta would have to go through his armour which negs physical damage. So Asta's best bet would be to neg HCLW's magic reflection spell and hit him with magic attacks.

Asta scales far above 690 Gigatons, so they are relative in AP.

Since he doesn't have access to Black Divider, he should start with ranged Anti-Magic slashes.

He has precog, Rage Power and Accelerated Development to help him as well

Does his magic reflection only reflect magic?

Yeah, his magic reflection skill only reflects magic, but as long as it's up, he can't be harmed by magic attacks. In order to hurt him, you need to get rid of his magic deflector spell and then hit him with purely magic attacks. He's invulnerable to physical strikes.

Asta doesn’t have any magic so unless his anti magic slashes don’t count as physical attacks he can’t bypass the armour.

Anti-Magic is energy, just like Mana, but not Mana (Idk if that was clear)

Yeah so pretty much the only attack that would work is Black Slash as it’s basically a sword beam made from anti magic energy.

He’s the only person in BC that doesn’t have magic that we know of. He has his swords that have anti magic properties thanks to his devil and is insanely strong and fast thanks to his training to make up for his lack of magic.

Oop. That might pose a problem. Does anyone else in the verse have anti-magic and use magic as well?

No one else has Anti magic besides Asta. It’s pretty much impossible because the only reason Asta can wield the anti magic swords is because he has no mana for them to drain from him. The only other thing I could think of that might work is like Yami who has dimension slash which cuts through space.

HCLW is immune to physical damage up to a Low 2-C level as his armourset is governed by the laws of Lucid Adventure. The only way to harm him is through dura neg or magic, which I thought Asta had.
