What an horrible quality had the 1999 anime.
Albeit Haruka is a good manipulator and scientific genius, without preparation time her scientific prowesses are useless, and with preparation time Killua's stealth prowess will allow him to shit on her. Being a tier below, she is basically canon fodder to him. Not that she cannot cause him damage: with a sword, of course she can, it simply won't suffice to put Killua down when he has a greater range and can one-shot.
Barely not a stomp. Killua wins, low-diff. He could probably take on an entire classroom from Senran Kagura.
