We might also have to revise the Atom's profile and Nate Heywood. I'll get into those later.

@ByAsura I thought you agreed with possibly Small City level for Grodd?

The rest and the note are fine except maybe a Wall level+ for Deathstroke and his army and maybe Green Arrow since you can't just remove the + for downscaling IIRC.

I'll detail Atom and Steel scaling in the discussion thread.

Oh, yeah. Violently fragmenting a tonne of concrete, as you and I have shown, is below Wall level+.

Technically, it's the other way. Mirakuru soldiers scale to the feat (0.0018 tons of TNT) and the others are lower, but significantly more powerful than the supersonic punch.

It's episode 8 of the Second Season

Basically Cyrys Gold smashes through a titanium door so hard that Quentin thought they used a crane for the break in

Also do we consider Oliver to be superior to his own explosive arrows cause technically the upscaling from the arrow to Roy or Deathstroke is bigger than Oliver's downscaling from them, but on the other hand Cyrus Gold is unhurt by regular arrows which can be used to oneshot Earth-X Oliver (at least I think Cyrus referenced Oliver's arrows)?

Of course not. That's why circular scaling doesn't work. If Oliver's explosive arrows were more powerful than him, why would he have used them against that container? They're portrayed as his heavy ordinance that he uses in specific situations, it'd be like scaling a TIE Fighter above a Star Destroyer or a Starfleet officer above their own Phasers. Cyrus isn't unhurt by his arrows, they just deal superficial damage.

@Hellbeast I'll look into that. Thanks.

They mention Ollie's arrows can't hurt Cyrys much since his muscle density is comparable to concrete

Even Malcolm's bettwer arrows were having issues with that

Also I think some Mirakuru fodder pushed a car for what that's worth

@ByAsura Ok then, does the higher with arrows remain then, cause their (Oliver and Malcolm) "higher" is lower than the feat they scale from?

It still does remain, because they only somewhat scale. By the way, it says on Deathstroke's page that he took two of these explosive arrows, but there are two different types in the show; one incapacitates, creating a small explosion with sparks, while the other produces a massive blast that obliterates walls.

I think we still needed to calc Cyrus Gold's feat but I guess you could apply all of this first and then change it if necessary when that feat is calced.

This is what I'm talking about btw

He didn't really smash through it, he smashed down a very large expanded reinforced titanium door. Here's the damages.
Reinforced titanium

That's still a solid feat to put them at

Also the 2.5 comics show a Mirakuru boi loft a car over his head (upgrades)

I don't think those are canon, just like the Season 0 of the Flash. Also, some of their events have apparently been retconned entirely.

Edit: This guy says it's cano.

2.5 is canon since it was written by Guggenheim who was a showrunner since Arrow began I believe

Here's the scan with the car (It's some form of a police car)

I'd also note there's a good feat for his explosive arrow in Issue 1

What are the summarised conclusions here?

The Flash

Attack Potency:
Wall level (Defeated Tony Woodward, a bullet-proof metahuman who can transform into steel, after accelerating to Mach 1.1), up to Small Building level by running (Stopped a tornado made by Clyde Mardo). Higher after his amp (Physically comparable to the Green Arrow. His cells were stated to produce more energy than before, overloaded Farooq Gibran, who had previously absorbed his powers with ease), can ignore conventional durability with phasing | Small Building level (Casually defeated his past self during the events of The Sound and the Fury, harmed Gorilla Grodd with a supersonic punch. Overpowered Trajectory, who collapsed a bridge by repeatedly running across its surface, by briefly surpassing his limitations), possibly far higher (Briefly fought Reverse-Flash, although he was quickly defeated). Can ignore conventional durability with phasing

Durability: Wall level, Higher after his amp (Survived being thrown through a brick wall) | Small Building level, possibly far higher

Deathstroke (Mirakuru)

Attack Potency:
Wall level (Much stronger than Green Arrow and the rest of Team Arrow; superior to Roy, who punched a hole through a container that no-sold Oliver Queen's explosive arrows. Should be at least comparable to Cyrus Gold, who smashed down an expanded reinforced titanium door)

Durability: Wall level (Should be at least comparable to Cyrus Gold, whose flesh is almost as dense as common concrete, was confident that he could survive a TNT explosio)

Gorilla Grodd

Attack Potency:
Small Building level, possibly Small City level (Launched the Flash through a subway wall and caught his supersonic punch. Fought Solovar, who could make the Flash bleed, although he was overpowered. Superior to King Shark, and overwhelmed the Flash in Season 5)

Durability: Small Building level, possibly Small City level (Survived being hit by a train with little injury, withstood the Flash's supersonic punch, who had grown much stronger since they last fought. Was only burned by Heatwave's gun, and survived falling from a skyscraper)

Note: Gorilla Grodd's strength appears to be highly inconsistent...
Green Arrow and such are also Wall level.

This isn't Season 2. Also, it could just be electricity they call lightning.
