Which ones are outliers?
1. Goku crossing Namek, he was on the other side of the planet , and Namek was calced to be much bigger than Earth or at least similar in size
2. Casually swatting away the Death Beams. Which Akira Toriyama seemed to explicitly show they were light speed, or at least leagues faster than characters who were already massively hypersonic+ to sub-relativistic. Piccolo who sees with Chi signatures could not track the Death Beam and called it a flash of light.
3. Escaping the Imprisonment Light Ball the instant before it exploded and flew to the Z-Fighters . It takes a few microseconds for a nuclear level explosion to trigger IIRC and he outrunned it and went ~1 kilometer. Goku could not defend himself using a chi shield while contained in the ball, if he could he could have disrupted the attack (He is just as strong as Freeza). He would have had to escape the instant before it explodes and the temperatures are released (Chi is probably plasma) and yet he was fine after the explosion. Only meaning he would have went across ~1 kilometer (Lowballed distance from the explosion to where the Z-Fighters are) in the timespan of a nuclear explosions's blast
