Are there any examples of a 2-A character defeating a 1 character?

Is it possible for a high 2-A character to defeat any 1 rated character (regardless of its 1-c, b, a, etc)?

I've read profiles of characters who are the supreme entity of their respective universe - but lack a 1 ranking, seemingly due to the vastness of their universe being lesser than other universes.

For example, Eru of Tolkien/LOTR, is a "2" tiered character.

99% of Anime characters have Tier 1 hax so it's possible.

In all seriousness, unless you are ENIAC level of weak. Then a tier 1 losing to a tier 2 is very unlikely. Because even the weakest Tier 1's are IMMENSELY above basically omnipotents like Blazblue,

However, some tier 2's like Caine or Reinhard are so powerful, that they defeat many Tier 1's and many 1-A's
