From what I remember you just need the important scans of the verse to be accompanied by the raws, so anyone can fact-check if they visit the page.

So if there is a MTL translation available on a website, it's fine as long as I put the raws on the album? Something like this?

Yeah. The English and raw are present, so using scans like that is fine. For the more important scans, some of the staff may want to verify translations, but for the rest, that's fine.
