But the thing is it's an FC/OC Battles wiki character against a Vs Battles wiki character. Is such a thing allowed?

I think you can put OC's again actual characters in the FC/OC Versus Battle Forum but not here.

AFAIK it is allowed in FC/OC and Joke Battles but not in VSBW

It's not allowed for the same reason we don't allow pages for them in VSBW to begin with (most notably, well, notability), promoting the sister sites on the main page is already more than enough.
