Are autoconfirmed users allowed to make changes to a page without posting a CRT first?

So I want to make changes to the character profiles for Murder Drones since the speed stat is outdated and the pages could use a slight tweak or two, but am I allowed to do so myself since I'm an autoconfirmed user or do I have to make a CRT and get it approved first?
 
It is necessary to create a crt for profile stats upgrade or downgrade, regardless of how minor it is. And it applies to everyone, staff and normal users.
