What do to with this CRT?

Hello. There is a CRT for Cthulhu Mythos, that was successfully approved by staff, but original author(@Gasper) lost interest in it, so he never applied changes to it. I asked original author and he said that he is okay with me applying changes to profiles myself. How should I proceed with changes? Ask in CRT promotion thread to ask staff approval again, or directly ask in all purpose request thread to open profiles to apply changes?

If the CRT was approved and none thread was made to disprove the points it brought up, then you can just apply it
