Type 4: Irregular Causality: Characters with this type of Acausality operate on a different and irregular system of cause and effect than regular causality. This grants them resistance to abilities such as Causality Manipulation, Fate Manipulation, and Precognition, among others.
that point is literally moot as type 4 gives u the same abilities with an extra one

Also, Super Sonic and Super Mega Man remained unaffected by the Super Genesis Wave wiping out the Future and his FateHax works on fellow Super Forms.

Type 2: Temporal Singularity: Characters with this type of Acausality do not exist in either the past or the future, only the present. This means they cannot be affected by changes to the past, while also making them resistant to Precognition that works by viewing the future, as they do not exist within it, and Fate Manipulation, for the same reason. In essence, they are able to choose their own fates, but they remain just as vulnerable at the point in time in which they do exist.
Type 2 practically grants you "immunity". This has been discussed before, thay's way the afaik.

Scan for the Super Genesis Wave wiping out the tire cosmology, stating to rewrite all space & time, every facet of reality and Existence, with the end result being Sonic’s future, which was Silver’s present, and other branching timelines that took place 40 years after Sonic’s present, also being wiped out?
There isn’t a scan showing it, just Dr. Eggman explaining what happened and Word of God clarifying that they had to wipe away the cosmology caused by the lawsuit.

Tsukasa Kadoya has Acasuality Type 1, 2, and 4, despite this, Kamen Rider Woz is capable of effecting him with his Fate Hax and Another Decade can effect him with his Causality Hax. Kamen Rider Baracx is immune to Woz and Another Decade’s Fate and Casualty Hax. Oma’s resistances are greater than Baracx and he can even negate his resistances.
Fate and Causality Hax which effects Type 1, 2, and 4 Acasuals wouldn’t be effective against Oma

Yeah, this is a stomp them. Oma’s haxes are 4D, if Sonic’s passive Fate Hax is 5D, there’s really nothing Oma could do.

Type 2 would be better then Type 4 when dealing with the past and future as, like character's with no Soul being completely immune to Soul Manipulation, a being who completely lacks a past or future would be completely unaffected by abilities that manipulates the past/future.

What @MagiSinbad said, Ohma Zi-O are basically composite Kamen Rider profile so you couldn't uses him until everyone went through revision.
